Here are 3 common mistakes sellers make, and how to avoid them:

1. Pricing too high - the key to getting the best price and terms for your property is to price accurately.

2. Not prepping your home to sell - you will net the most money by preparing and staging your home to showcase it in the best possible light.

3. Hiring the wrong agent - who you work with matters! Hiring an agent that has your best interests in mind should be a top priority of your journey.

🌟🌟It is day 6🌟🌟 of our
🚨‼️Emergency Preparedness‼️🚨

Today, we focus more on food. Remember again that this is for our 72 hour kit that you can add or take away from. Here is the list:
Food Storage Tips
• Keep food in a dry, cool spot — a dark area if possible.
• Keep food covered at all times using plastic or metal containers or plastic bags.
• Open food boxes or cans carefully so that you can close them tightly after each use.
• Wrap cookies and crackers in plastic bags, and keep them in tight containers.
• Empty opened packages of sugar, dried fruits and nuts into screw-top jars or air-tight cans to protect them from pests.
• Inspect all food for signs of spoilage before use.
• Use foods before they go bad, and replace them with fresh supplies, dated with ink or marker. Place new items at the back of the storage area and older ones in front.

In the next few days, I will be posting each day a list that you purchase each week to grow your emergency supplies in a cost effective manner. It is very easy to do. Again, you can add to that list if you want. This whole process is totally up to what you want to do. See ya tomorrow.
Thank you David Cole

🌟🌟🌟Day 5 of our 🌟🌟🌟
🚨‼️Emergency Preparedness Tips:‼️🚨

First Aid Kit Essentials

• First aid manual
• First aid kit
• Sterile adhesive bandages in assorted sizes
• Antiseptic/Isopropyl alcohol/hydrogen peroxide
• Antibiotic ointment
• Cotton balls
• Scissors and tweezers
• Thermometer
• Sunscreen
• Prescription Medications
• Non-prescription pain reliever

This is one of my favorite sections. Please go get some training. CPR courses are all over. Learn how to do basic first aid. There are Stop the Bleed classes in a lot of places as well. Great classes. Some cost money, some are free.

I try not to buy things at full retail. Saying that, I wait till things go on sale. I would add cough syrup to the above. There are pre made kits out there that you can purchase to get started. However, you can also make your own. Just know how to use your stuff that you purchase.

These items are also added to our kit we are building. Keep on prepping on. See ya tomorrow.

Thank you David Cole

🚨🚨🚨Day 4🚨🚨🚨
‼️Emergency Preparedness‼️

Clothing and Bedding
• Warm clothing (jacket or coat, long sleeve shirt, sturdy shoes, hat and gloves)
• Sleeping bag or warm blanket for each person
• Additional bedding
• Rain gear
Personal Items
• Prescription medications and eyeglasses
• Important family documents such as copies of insurance policies, identification, bank account records and family telephone numbers in a waterproof, portable container
• Cash or traveler's checks and change
• Paper and pen
• Books, games puzzles and other activities

Remember that these can all be stored in a small area. Get a tote from Lowes with a snap on lid. Depending on what you have and how much you want to build your 72 hour kit, you may need more than one. They are stackable.

We are still working on the same 72 hour kit. I am writing a little at a time so you can digest it a little at a time. Prep on and prepare for the worst but pray for the best.
Thank you David Cole
