A few days ago, I learned that I’ve been named an Elite Agent with REAL Broker.
Under normal circumstances, I’d probably celebrate that accomplishment a little more loudly.

But this year has been anything but normal.
While our team was caring for clients, negotiating contracts, launching listings, and keeping transactions moving forward, we were also walking through one of the most difficult seasons of my life as we prepared for Toby’s memorial and said goodbye to a man we loved deeply.
Which is why this recognition doesn’t feel like mine.

It belongs to the people who made it possible.

To Johanna, who somehow manages to keep a thousand moving pieces organized while making it all look effortless.

To Adam, Craig, Erin, and every person who stepped forward when extra hands and extra hearts were needed. That includes the people in my office who hosted open houses or opened doors when all of us were at the hospital or helping other clients.

To REAL Broker, whose support and culture have reminded me that business can be built around people, not just production.

And most of all, to our clients.

A little behind-the-scenes from today’s team photo shoot.
The past few months have brought more change than I ever could have imagined. Through it all, this team has shown up every single day with professionalism, kindness, and an unwavering commitment to our clients.

While I stepped away to care for Toby, they stepped forward.
They handled showings, contracts, marketing, inspections, open houses, and a thousand details most people never see. They carried extra weight without complaint and reminded me what a privilege it is to work alongside people of such character.

Today was a chance to celebrate the people behind the scenes who make it all happen.
Adam. Craig. Johanna.
Different personalities. Different strengths. One shared commitment to serving our clients well.

We have five active listings, buyers and sellers moving forward, and a lot of exciting things ahead.
