🐾 Dog of the Month: Dante! 🐾

This month’s featured pup belongs to someone extra special, our summer intern, Brady! 🎓

Dante is a rescue from Riverside, CA who does it all: he’s always down for a good hike, but he’s just as happy being a total couch potato and sleeping in. 😴 His favorite treats? Pup cups and doggy bacon from Cafe Fina, he’s got great taste. 🥓

And speaking of Brady... this is also his last week with us! He’s an incoming senior at San Diego State University, and he’s spent the summer learning the real estate ropes here at The Agency Santa Fe. In his own words: “I’ve been very fortunate to have the opportunity to intern here, and everyone has been so delightful to work with. I’m incredibly thankful for this experience and have already learned more than I ever expected.”

Brady, thank you for your hard work and great energy all summer. We’re going to miss you (and Dante!) around the office. Wishing you an amazing senior year at SDSU! 🎉🐾

What actually counts as “luxury” in Santa Fe right now? The number has moved.

A few years ago, luxury in this market started well below where it sits today. Tight inventory and a steady wave of out of state buyers paying cash have pushed the real threshold closer to $1.5M-$2M.

But the number only tells half the story. That same budget plays out completely differently depending on where you land.

Built in the 1880s along the Santa Fe Railroad line, this building once housed railroad crews in Lamy. In 1974, it was lifted from its foundation and moved to 5.93 acres in the Galisteo Basin, then taken down to its redwood bones in a 2019 renovation.
