Ashley Yarman – Brand Ambassador, Smashed Burgers
Ashley Yarman has been a part of Smashed Burgers since its early days, joining the team shortly after the Needles location opened in December 2024. Starting as a cashier, she quickly became a recognizable face of the brand by building a strong presence both in-store and throughout the community.
Ashley played a key role in growing the restaurant’s visibility by hosting contests, engaging with customers, and representing Smashed Burgers at local events. Whether she’s setting up booths, running spin-the-wheel games, or connecting with guests, she brings energy and authenticity to every interaction.
Known for her welcoming personality, Ashley makes it a priority that every guest leaves with a great experience—whether that’s enjoying a fresh, made-to-order burger or a fun “candy burger” treat. She takes pride in every role she’s held within Smashed Burgers and continues to be a driving force behind its community presence.
Now serving as a Brand Ambassador, Ashley is proud to be part of the restaurant’s growth and is excited for what’s ahead—including the future expansion to a third location.
With a background in marketing, Ashley remains deeply involved in the community. She is active in Sunrise Rotary, the Women’s Club, and serves as a Chamber Ambassador for the City of Bullhead.
Her personal favorite? The PB&J Smash Burger paired with sweet potato fries—but she’s always ready to enjoy any item on the menu.
