On a personal note, I am originally from Los Angeles and graduated from Garfield High School in 1979. I continued my education at UCSB, earning my Bachelors Degree in Business. I also attended Law School at the Santa Barbara College of Law. After college, I worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor in the Workers Compensation system for 15 years of which 13 of those years were self- employed. I also did Real Estate Investments. I have been married for over 36 to my beautiful and loving wife, Linda. She has her private practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist. We have three wonderful children. My youngest son, Anthony is a Medical Doctor. My daughter, Deanna has a Masters Degree as a licensed Social Worker and works in Mental Health. My daughter Renee is a Business Manager in the Restaurant Industry. We have seven precious grand children and one great grand child. We are truly blessed.
