One thing I’m proud of this quarter…

The first three buyers I’m currently helping did not come from my sphere of influence.

They didn’t come from family.

They didn’t come from close friends.

They came from being out in the community, having conversations, attending events, making calls, following up, and putting in the work every single day.

BOOTS ON THE GROUND

That’s something I’m incredibly grateful for because it reminds me that consistency matters.

What’s even more exciting is knowing that I also have family members who have trusted me to help them with their real estate goals this year. That trust means everything to me.

Real estate isn’t just about houses.

It’s about relationships.

It’s about earning trust.

It’s about showing up long before someone is ready to buy.

Somewhere out there right now, someone is living the life you aspire to have.

Not because they are more fortunate.

Not because they are more intelligent.

Not because they had an advantage from the beginning.

They simply made the decision that they were no longer willing to remain where they were.

That resonates deeply with me because there was a period in my life when I was making excuses.

A time when I was complacent.

A time when I was not performing at the level I knew I was capable of achieving.

Today, I am committed to growth.

I am committed to learning.

I am committed to pursuing every opportunity to become a better father, a better businessman, and a better man.

I have learned an important lesson along the way:

Most people believe that purchasing a home begins with finding the right property.

In many cases, however, it begins with establishing the income necessary to qualify for financing.

I have worked with many deserving families who can comfortably afford the monthly payment but do not have sufficient qualifying income documented on paper.

For this reason, I am continually seeking ways to help individuals create opportunities, develop additional sources of income, and strengthen their path toward homeownership.

One strategy I am currently exploring is fleet ownership—educating people on how to build a business that can generate revenue, create opportunities for family members, and help them move closer to their financial and personal goals.

My mission has never been limited to selling homes.

It is about helping families build wealth, create opportunities, and establish a lasting legacy for future generations.
