Last week we had family visit us from NY and we had the best weather the whole week for the perfect staycation in Los Angeles. We live in a vacation destination and it’s fun to enjoy the nature, the restaurants, the entertainment, and most of all the time spent with each other. THANK YOU to everyone who entrusted me with managing their Real Estate needs in 2025. I was able to help over 60 clients Buy, Sell, Lease, or Invest throughout Southern California and in doing so ended up the number 1 agent in my Coldwell Banker office of over 100 agents.
We had an unimaginable start to the year with the Palisades and Eaton Fires. I was able to help over 15 families relocate during, in the days, the weeks, and months following the fire. That first month I worked 18 hour days for an entire month straight to ensure my clients found suitable housing while they figured out life after the fire.
✨Some highlights of 2025:
1215 Appleton Dr is the HIGHEST SALE EVER East of Lincoln Blvd in Venice.
13600 Marina Pt Dr 904 listing was the fastest sale and best price per square foot for a non remodeled unit in the entire complex.
4326 Victoria Park Pl listing was the fastest sale over $1,600,000 in the neighborhood and sold with multiple offers after the first agent failed to sell!
543 Rialto Ave sold off market represented the seller is a seamless deal achieving one of the highest price per square feet in the Abbot Kinney West neighborhood.
I was able to help some of my best friends purchase homes and find leases this year. It’s always special being to help those close to me with my work.
