This Mid Century house came on the market in June of 2020. Lacey and Rendell, my buyers, were so passionate about this house, but unfortunately we lost in a multiple offer situation (8 offers). It was a devastating experience for them. I truly believed with all my heart that this home belonged to them. Two months later I received a call from the listing agent wanting to know if Lacey and Rendell were still interested in buying the house.
