I love what I get to do... but easy money? Oh my! Why would the "drop-out rate" be close to 95% if it was easy?! If your realtor makes a transaction look easy, it's because they are that good. The damage control and negotiations to keep a deal moving forward and for it to be a win-win, should not be underestimated.
