One of the things we love most about talking to top-performing teams is getting a real look behind the curtain at how they’re actually operating.
Scott Poe is a great example of that.
Scott’s organization services Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, and Grand Rapids, Michigan — with roughly 343+ transactions across the team and Scott personally closing around 185 deals over the last 12 months.
And what’s interesting is hearing how intentional their system has become.
This isn’t just “using AI.”
It’s how AI voice, AI texting, remarketing, branding, property alerts, and human follow-up all work together to create a much better experience for both the consumer and the agent.
One thing Scott said really stood out to me:

Before the agent even picks up the phone, the AI has already had a conversation with the lead, gathered context, and created a transcript so the agent walks into the conversation with a roadmap instead of calling blind.

✅ The consumer sees homes with the team.
✅ Then sees the agents on Facebook.
✅ Then sees branded property alerts.
✅ Then sees more relevant content.
Over time, the team becomes familiar, recognizable, and trusted long before a transaction happens.
That’s the part I think a lot of people miss.
The best teams today aren’t replacing agents with AI.
They’re using AI to create warmer conversations, better timing, stronger branding, and more consistent follow-up at scale.
