"We are leaving rates here long term, to let the Real Economy have a stable interest rate to base investment and employment decisions on.

It is Not the Feds Role to 'Micro Manage' the Real Economy, but to give it a Sound Monetary Foundation.

Especially Important now that Congress is Spending so much without comensurate taxes to finance the spending. The Federal Deficit has increased Significantly in last 2 Fiscal Years adding significantly to the Monetary Base, which is important to recognize. And we see no reason it will not continue to grow going forward.

ONLY IF the Real Economy gets dragged down SIGNIFICANTLY by EXTERNAL Factors will we CONSIDER adjusting the Discount Rate/Guidance! Up or Down ! "
