When I first sat down with Ryan to discuss his and his wife's plan to purchase a lot to build their dream modern home, they were already living in a condo they purchased a few years prior and were not in an immediate rush to buy. The big rain is finally on its way! As you may or may not know, the experts are expecting a very wet season for us in Los Angeles. El Nino has already brought warmer ocean temperatures and some rain. Predictions show the rain will escalate and last through Spring 2016. However much rain we do get, it is expected to be more than we have seen in the last few years. Besides going out and buying some rain boots and an extra umbrella, what do you need to do to prepare?
