When I started focusing on condos in West Los Angeles years ago, most people thought it was a strange niche.

But what I saw was a huge problem.

Condo transactions are some of the most complicated deals in real estate —
HOA documents, financials, inspections, building issues, rental restrictions, future assessments… the list goes on.

And yet most buyers and sellers were navigating it without clear guidance.

That frustration is what eventually led us to build The Condo Experts.
