Just helped my clients close on a great home in Studio City!!
So incredibly excited for them!!

Just leased!!!

This adorable beach Craftsman is basically throw-a-rock-and-you’ll-hit-the-ocean close!  (life’s a real beach now 😄)

I may have been quiet on Instagram… but escrows have been loud the past year…

SO excited for these absolutely wonderful buyers who, after renting the same place for 20+ years, finally pulled the cord and landed in their dream neighborhood — Marina del Rey.

Not only did we secure their first home, but we negotiated $50,000 off the price and went to bat on repairs to make sure they were fully taken care of.

Couldn’t be happier for them — and selfishly thrilled they’re now my neighbors. See you around the marina… first drink at Brizo is on you. 😉🥂. Woohoo, can’t wait!!

Bittersweet closing on this off-market sale in the Palisades. The home was completely lost in the catastrophe that happened at the beginning of the year, but we were able to secure a strong offer without ever going to market.
