These 8U girls have earned every bit of this.

Over the last two weeks they’ve battled through intense practices, played 5 games in a row, sat through rain delays, schedule changes, and all the other challenges that come with tournament softball.

But they never quit.

They kept showing up. They kept learning. They kept fighting for each other.

And now, because of their hard work, they are officially in the Top 4 and playing tomorrow with a chance to advance in Districts.

No shortcuts. No handouts.

Just a group of young girls who put in the work, trusted the process, and earned their spot on that field.

Couldn’t be more proud of every single one of them. One more day. One more opportunity. Let’s go get it, girls! 🥎💪

Wow Aria is 9!!

Can’t believe how much and how fast she has grown.

She is a miracle baby and she continues to suprise us daily

With her being 9 I want to do 9 things I love about her (even though there are a lot more)

1- I love the way you love animals so deeply
2-I love how you are such a great listener and pay attention at school and sports
3- I love how you dance silly
4- I love the way you sing your little heart out
5- I love the way you love nature
6- I love the way you still want me to rub you to sleep
7- I love the way you stand up for those who are being bullied
8- I love how curious you are about the world
9- I love how you make me laugh with your goofiness
10-Bonus/ I love how you are a beast at sports and want to play them all while still having your makeup and nails done girly side.

May the year be filled with many memories. May it be filled with a ton of great experiences you remember forever. I hope this year you continue to find out who you are and you love every part of yourself.

I love you baby, never stop being you. You will forever be dadas little baby girl.

Happy Mother’s Day to you incredible Moms out there.
Big Happy Mother’s Day to Ashley Marrone and my mom Debra Spear Marrone

Ashley, you never leave a snack behind. Somehow you always have exactly what we need in the car… and let’s be honest, we need a lot sometimes 😂

You always find a way to throw the best parties for the kids, make moments feel special, and keep everything together even while being pulled in 762 different directions at once. I honestly don’t know how you do it all, but you do.

I know how hard you fought to become a mother, and watching you in this role looks so incredibly good on you. Seriously, never discount how amazing of a mother you are.

Is it always perfect? No, because it’s not supposed to be.
Is it always exciting? No.
Does it always go how you planned? Definitely not.

But that’s motherhood. And through all of it, you show up with love,guidance, strength, and heart every single day.

You do it all, baby. You are deeply appreciated, deeply loved, and we are beyond grateful to have you as the heart of this family.

And Mom… I love you so much. Thank you for always loving me the way you do, being there at my sporting events, for putting me onto sushi when I was like 5 lol and for raising me on rap music probably a little earlier than you should’ve 😂 Looking back, I probably shouldn’t have known that many lyrics that young.

Never allow what is passing through your life to become permanent in your identity.

There are moments that hit you hard…
Disappointment. Rejection. Doubt. Fear.

But here’s the truth most people miss:
Those things are visitors… not residents.

A bad day is passing.
A slow season is passing.
A tough deal, a missed opportunity, a setback… all passing.

What becomes dangerous is when we take something temporary…
and turn it into something defining.

You get to decide what stays.

Let the lesson stay.
Let the growth stay.
Let the awareness stay.

But the doubt?
The fear?
The limiting beliefs?

Those don’t get permission to move in.

Because your life isn’t built on what happens to you…
it’s built on what you hold onto.

And if you’re intentional about that…
you don’t just get through seasons—
you rise because of them.

Don’t let a moment write your story. You’re still holding the pen.

From a full week at Universal to watching the close out the series…

Every moment mattered.

The kids soaked it all in—the energy, the excitement, the experience.
And me? I was right there with them, realizing this is what it’s all about.

Not just the wins on the court…
But the moments you can’t rewind, the memories you don’t get back, and the time you choose to be all in.

This is the real victory.

Stoked and grateful for what’s happening in the next two weeks

It’s are a mix of purpose, family, and a little bit of “how are we fitting all this in?” energy—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

We kick it off tonight giving back with Food For Thought alongside Arias’ softball team… then right into a game vs. Freeport.

From there, a late-night send to Universal Orlando Resort—a few days of rides, laughs, and being fully present. We’ll spend a day with my sister and nephews at Gatorland, then pack it up and head to Atlanta for Game 6—New York Knicks vs. Atlanta Hawks for the kids first basketball game…if it goes that far. Let’s go Knicks!

Then it’s right back home to support and at their “Choose Yourself 5K,” find a good spot to post up for the Kentucky Derby, and then off again to Chicago to speak to a room full of agents ready to level up their mindset and skillset.

Then fly back and rush to coach another softball game that day 😁

And in between all of that—we stay locked in. Coaching calls still happening. Bringing in high-level guests to break down business structure, LLCs, and tax strategy… because growth is great, but building it right is everything.
