Our rates:
- $125 a night plus the tourism taxes of $21 for a total of $146
- No minimum nights
- Check out times and check in times are flexible depending on the next booking.... (most places are check in at 4 pm and out by 10 am)
- Monthly rates are available
- Snowbird rates available October - March
- Cleaning Fee: (your choice)
$125 OR
$25 if you leave it clean, and take all the linen you used off the beds

Directions:
Here is how we travel down here from the Atl area:
- 85 to Montgomery,
- exit 9, turn left... it will dead end onto 231 south. Turn left towards Troy.
- Take a right onto 87 towards Elba, Sampson, Ponce de Leon..
- 87 turns to 81 once you hit fl...
- in Ponce de Leon, you will Turn right onto I-10 towards Pensacola, 10 west...
- Take the next exit, which is 331south toward freeport...
- dead ends into 98,
- Turn right, toward Destin...
- in 9 miles, you hit a small Walmart and then Goldsby Rd. on your right, take that for 3 miles, you are almost there!
- You will go around a large curve and the road dead ends.
- Turn right and you will be on a sand road, we are just up on the right, welcome to 126 McDowell St.
