If you would like to enjoy one of the least crowded beaches on 30A with private beach access (see video below of what our beach access looked like last summer) we have a four bedroom home plus a tower/loft in the private gated community of WaterSound West Beach in Santa Rosa Beach. It's on the south side of 30A , literally steps away from the zero entry temperature controlled pool and boardwalk/private beach access that's just a two minute bike ride or five minute stroll to the beach. And because it's nestled in between Deer Lake State Park it's a lot less crowded than other beaches on 30A.

Includes 9 bikes, 2 kids bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, rafts, beach wagon, beach towels and a 6 seat street legal golf cart. (Rental companies charge $850-$1000 a week) Master king beds on first and second level, gourmet kitchen and anything else you might want or need for your stay. We have a lot of multiple family stays at Paradise Found!

First day of 2024 at Paradise Found At Watersound West Beach and what a beautiful day it was!
