For those of you who know me in the real estate industry, you may have heard me say that condos, especially high rises, are for the birds! There are reasons for this. By popular request, I am going to do a miniseries on this topic here on Facebook in the coming days.
Here is the first lesson in the miniseries. In 2021, the Chaplain Towers South in Seaside, Florida (in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area), up and collapsed in the wee hours of the morning. 96 people died in the collapse. Why did this happen? This is where our conversation starts!
