"We've been here 8 months now with mixed results. The leasing process was a 3 at best - difficult to contact anyone remotely, they had a different leasing period than I had requested on-line, we couldn't check in until very late in the day, and we had to review dozen of pages of the lease agreement on our cellphones - not an easy thing to do!
