This one wasn’t just a closing…it was a beautiful gift to me.

There are so many moments in this business that remind me it’s so much more than real estate and this was one of them.

This client is the father of a dear friend, which made being trusted with this process feel incredibly personal from the start. And like many transitions, it came with emotion and a few real hurdles along the way.

But we navigated it together.

Under contract in just 5 days… and now officially at the closing table. This gave him the freedom to step into a new chapter that’s been a long time coming.

He is truly one of the kindest, most genuine people, and being part of this for him is something I’ll never take for granted.

The numbers in Blue Mountain Beach are telling an interesting story right now, and as someone who lives here and calls this area home, it’s a market I pay close attention to.

In 2025, the median home price sat around $1.2M.
So far in 2026, it has already climbed to roughly $1.5M.
