A lot of buyers focus heavily on the purchase price and overlook everything that comes after it.

Insurance. Furnishings. Maintenance. HOA costs. Property management.

None of those things are meant to scare buyers away, but understanding them upfront creates a completely different ownership experience. The strongest purchases are usually the ones planned well beyond closing day.

More buyers are in town. More conversations start happening after people spend a few days experiencing the lifestyle firsthand.

For many buyers, it’s the first time the idea of owning here stops feeling like a future concept and starts feeling realistic.

Others feel easy to live in.

This tends to be both.

It’s the kind of environment where routines form naturally, and the days don’t need much structure to feel full.
