Just added to our Rosemary Beach lineup: Courtney Cottage.

This West Water Street gem sleeps 8 across three bedrooms, with two covered porches, a second den, and four complimentary bikes to explore Rosemary Beach on two wheels instead of four. It sits directly across from the Cabana Pool and a short walk from the beach and Town Center. There's also a separate carriage house on the property, available to book on its own if your group needs more room, though it's not included with this home. New to us, new to you.

Same white sand. Only a few days of real summer left to enjoy it this uncrowded.

White Sands Retreat has five bedrooms, a walk or golf cart's ride to Gulf Place, and a community pool that's already calming down for the season. Room for 14. The kind of quiet locals actually brag about.
