Ok, I am going to vent! On my last two listings, I’ve had two Realtors bring me “As Is” contracts, as requested. Then after inspection one Realtor, on many committees for the Border of Realtors, brought me a $21,000 list of repairs. The other realtor brought me a small list of repairs.

An As Is contract means As Is There’s no response for the seller within the contract.

This is what makes contracts and transactions much more difficult than they already are. The sellers are expecting as is and these stupid realtors bring in a repair list and the sellers get quite upset. Why do you think we have it listed as is?

If you need to go back to school, then go back to school!
