Earlier this spring, this family reached out to me from Missouri. They were living the farm life but dreaming about trading it for life at the beach and raising their family here.
In June, that dream became reality when we closed on their new home in Watersound Origins!
Recently, they reached back out and said they were ready for the next step: building their short-term rental portfolio.

Panama City Beachâs tourism tax collections are up nearly 7% year-to-date, with July jumping almost 14% over last year. Add in the growth happening around Lake Powell and the west end of PCB, and we believe this is an area worth watching.
