r after year, than having the same vacationers returning to create memories in your vacation home. The vision for Playa Bonita 30A Concierge came about after vacationing along 30A, thoroughly enjoying the most beautiful beaches (Playa Bonita = beautiful beach) in the US over the past 18-years; however, along with the enjoyment came several issues wherein the current management company or sub-contractors, i.e. cleaners, landscape, etc., simply were not doing the job they were hired to perform. We left with a sore taste in our month, lessening the chance we would be a repeat renter on our next visit. Playa Bonita 30A Concierge provides a full range of personal concierge services, ranging from grocery shopping, all in property management, homewatch, pet sitting, to vendor negotiation. Our main objective and motivation behind Playa Bonita 30A Concierge was to serve as the absentee vacation property owners’ “boots on the ground,” their eyes and ears. Simple put, we provide our rental owners with “peace of mind." Our goal is simple: eliminate “sour tasting” experiences that ultimately deter vacationers from returning to "your property" during future visits to the beautiful beaches (Playa Bonita) of 30A and the surrounding area.

This is why everyone that has a beach home needs to have local representation/boots on the ground. Most use the cleaner, but the cleaner would not have found what we did today. And unfortunately, the vast majority of the full service management companies wouldn’t have either.

During our post major rain event routine home checks this morning, Irma walked into a what was a smoldering fire in one of the Cassine Station 1 bedroom condos we care for. Actually, we own the adjoining condo.

We were unbelievably lucky. I’ve attached a couple of photos. The short story is - a piece of duck work fell onto the AC heating element and was in the process of burning.

The outside temperature was 32, but inside the condo it was 80 and getting hotter.

There is a safety switch on the AC units that shuts down when certain conditions are met. The AC had turned itself off.

It was extremely warm in the unit, and the smell was horrible.

We checked all the units we have responsibility for and found all to be smoke and smell free. The HOA management team was alerted to check the units we were not able to get into.

We also found 1 major leak in a Seacrest condo and 2 leaks in separate Gulf Place condos. We have found countless leaks before they became floods.

You don’t have to use us to check your properties, but if you only depend on a cleaner locally, you really need local boots on the ground that can react and knows what to do in these types of situations. To much $$$ is at risk.
