Twenty-five years later -

Today, let us pause to remember the innocent lives lost, the families whose lives were forever changed and the heroes who stepped forward that day without hesitation.

The generation now never knew the America we had before September 11, 2001. They grew up in the shadow of that day, and many of them became the warriors to defend our country after. They are answering a call born from a day they were too young to remember or had not yet been born to witness.

Twenty-five years later, may we never forget what was taken, what was sacrificed and the unity that once brought us together as one nation, September 12, 2001.

How Appraisals Work -

* The lender orders the appraisal.
* The appraiser determines the home’s market value.
* They inspect the home’s condition and features.
* They compare it to recently sold similar homes.
* They do not use the list price to determine value.

Results -

* At or above contract price: The sale moves forward.
* Below contract price: The price may be renegotiated, the buyer may pay the difference, or the appraisal may be challenged.

Bottom line - Pricing your home correctly from the start helps avoid appraisal issues and keeps your sale on track.

Hi, I’m Haylee!

I married my high school sweetheart, Griffin, who proudly serves our community as a firefighter/paramedic with South Walton Fire District. We share our home with our two pups, June and Goose. Before pursuing a career in real estate, I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of West Florida.

I feel incredibly fortunate to call Walton County home, and I’m passionate about giving back by helping my neighbors navigate one of life’s biggest milestones. It’s a privilege to serve the community that has given so much to me.
