Wondering what's up with the market in Sonoma County? Here are the sales stats for Q1.

You'll note an 16% increase in the county’s average sale price compared to the same time last year. This appears to be heavily weighted by price increases in more rural areas like Guerneville, Glen Ellen, and Sonoma. Sale prices in Santa Rosa, Petaluma, and Rohnert Park steadily increased at a lower rate.
