😒 The brand-new home builder might have you convinced that everything’s flawless, but you’d be surprised at what we’re finding in these new construction homes...

👷 Builders follow a few pre-approved floor plans, stamp them for city approval, and then start cranking them out. But there’s a disconnect between when these plans are approved and when the house is actually built.

😲 They can swap in different models for things like the AC, and all they get is a quick final city inspection—a quick ten-minute walkthrough to check that it matches the plans. No one else is giving it a real, third-party lookover, but if that's what you're looking for then give us a call!
