2️⃣ On cooler days, crack open windows for a bit of fresh air circulation. Just 15-30 minutes can make a huge difference in reducing indoor pollutants.

3️⃣ Add air-purifying plants like spider plants, snake plants, or peace lilies to your home. Not only do they brighten up the space, but they also help filter out toxins and improve air quality.

4️⃣ Opt for natural or eco-friendly cleaning products to reduce the number of chemicals circulating in your indoor air. Consider DIY cleaners using simple ingredients like vinegar and baking soda.

5️⃣ Control Humidity: Aim to keep indoor humidity levels between 30-50%. Use a dehumidifier to avoid excess moisture that can lead to mold growth and musty odors.
