🥯 A NEW bagel shop just opened in Sebastopol!

I stopped by Bonnie’s Bagels to check it out, and this place is already drawing a crowd. I tried the sausage, egg & cheese on a plain bagel ($13) and the Lox Bagel on sesame with salmon, cream cheese, capers, and onions ($16) — both were excellent.

If you love authentic East Coast-style bagels, this is definitely a spot worth checking out.

One of my favorite stops in Bodega Bay! 🌊🐟

Fishetarian Fish Market is serving up fresh, locally caught seafood with everything from fish & chips and seafood sandwiches to tacos, chowder and oysters. Plus, there’s nothing better than enjoying good food with that Bodega Bay coastal atmosphere. 🤌

If you’re exploring the Sonoma Coast, add this one to your list.

🌳 SANTA ROSA’S SOON-TO-BE 2-MILE PARK

This strip of land was supposed to be a freeway. Back in the 50s and 60s, Caltrans bought it up to extend Highway 12 straight through to Spring Lake. Neighbors fought it, and the freeway plan got killed for good in 2014.

Now? The City of Santa Rosa just closed on the land and is moving forward with the Southeast Greenway — a nearly 2-mile linear park connecting Farmers Lane to Spring Lake. Trails, community gardens, playgrounds, maybe even a dog park.

What would YOU like to see here? And — do you think this bumps up property values nearby, or just adds traffic? 👇

How have I lived in Sonoma County and never heard of this place? 👀

I stopped by Redwood Gospel Baking Co. in Santa Rosa and grabbed a kouign-amann, a bacon cheddar scone, and a cup of coffee. ☕️🥐

Everything was so good — and I love that there’s a bigger story behind this bakery, too.

Guess how long a $2M+ home sits on the market in Sonoma County right now… This one went under contract in 87 days, while the average is sitting well past 100. Pricing and strategy still win, even in a slower market.

If you’re thinking about making a move up here, buying or selling, send me a message — happy to walk you through it. And follow along for more Sonoma County market breakdowns like this one.

8.38 acres off Bodega Highway in Sebastopol — 1920 farmhouse, needs a full renovation, already pending after just 8 days on market. The house isn’t the draw here, the land is. Think it sold over or under the $550K ask? Drop your guess below — I’ll update this once it closes escrow 👀

I sell homes in Sonoma County for a living — and honestly, there are a few reasons you probably shouldn’t move here.

🏡 Home prices are high💸 Property taxes add up🚗 And the commute to San Francisco can be brutal

But here’s what’s interesting…

The people who move here, understand the tradeoffs, and still choose Sonoma County? Most of them never want to leave.

If you’re thinking about making the move, send me a DM or drop a comment and I’ll give you the real breakdown on neighborhoods, schools, commute options, and what your budget actually gets you here.

$625K fixer in Bennett Valley near Spring Lake—would you take this on or is it overpriced for the amount of work needed? 👀 Drop your opinion below and send me a DM if you want details or to walk it in person

$2.5M in Santa Rosa… and this one feels completely different.

Set on a full acre at the end of a quiet court in Piney Knolls, this home offers a level of privacy and space that’s hard to find this close to town. The vaulted wood ceilings, natural light, and indoor-outdoor flow make it feel more like a retreat than a typical home.

This is the kind of property a lot of Bay Area buyers end up looking for when they make the move north.

If you’re curious whether something like this fits your goals, feel free to reach out.
