Still low inventory---I think it may slow down in terms of numbers of homes sold but am not seeing a big drop--- could be the lowest prices we may see for awhile....

The median price now sits just 3 percent below the county’s all-time high of $619,000 from August 2005.

Cool that we have 2 of the top 10 but I would think we would have more. We have some gorgeous tasting rooms.
