What happens when local government, healthcare providers, community organizations, and state leaders come together with a shared vision? Progress.
Last week, we celebrated the groundbreaking of The Terraces at Copeland Creek, a new permanent supportive housing community that will provide 70 homes and critical supportive services for seniors in Rohnert Park.
Thank you to Larry Florin, Emily Sanborn, Marcela Piedra, Dana Codron, David Rabbitt, and Gustavo Velasquez for joining us to mark this exciting milestone. Together, we're creating housing solutions that help seniors live with stability, dignity, and support.
