🎉 Recently Sold… and one I’ll never forget.

This one was more than just a transaction. Our eldest daughter matched for her residency in Washington state and decided to take a big step—purchasing her second home. The fact that she trusted me to help guide her through it means everything.

It wasn’t easy. We faced some real challenges during escrow, the kind that test your patience and persistence—but we pushed through together and made it to the finish line.

Watching her reach this milestone, balancing an incredibly demanding career while building her future, fills me with so much pride I can hardly put it into words.

Client appreciation throwback! This client was referred to me by a family member who is also a dear friend of mine, and I never take that kind of trust lightly. It truly means so much when someone is confident enough in me to connect me with the people they care about most.
Helping friends, family, and their extended circles with such an important life decision is something I feel incredibly grateful for. Referrals like this are the heart of my business, and I’m always honored to be part of the journey. My client has a demanding job and could not attend inspections. I was able to fill in for her and had her covered. We were able to make an under asking offer that was accepted. During escrow I negotiated seller credits and a price reduction. We closed and she Is now a homeowner!

Just sold!! 🎊 My clients had been interested in this property for quite some time. We patiently waited for the right market conditions to make our offer. We submitted our offer, had some negotiating, and it was accepted. During escrow we had some obstacles that I navigated us through, 💪🏼and we closed! Congratulations to my clients! Just Sold!! 🎊 My client and I first connected 4 years ago when she was interested in one of my listings. Although the particular home was not the right fit for her, she asked me to represent her as a Buyer’s agent. We toured properties and found a couple that we made offers on. After inspections, the repairs needed were overwhelming, so we cancelled. Life circumstances changed and she started to focus on Los Angeles county. Yes I travel! 😊We found the perfect property for her and made an offer. Through many negotiations we were able to get into contract at a great price! There were several obstacles to get through during escrow, but I was able to navigate us to the end! ❤️🙏🎊 🏡 🔑

Client appreciation throwback! My client wanted a change of pace of life. They wanted to get out of city living and into the peaceful countryside. While we found a great property in the country, we still needed to sell their home in the city. We listed right around the change of the market. It was the beginning of the switch from a seller’s market to a buyer’s market. My client had meticulously maintained their home and added many beautifully done upgrades. We received an offer, negotiated, 💪🏼and were able to close their home. 🏡 🔑 🎊

A dear friend called me and asked me to help with his parent’s relocation, closer to their adult children. ❤️ I was so honored and touched that he trusted me and chose me to help! 🙏They had specific properties in mind and we needed to move fast. We were in a seller’s market with multiple offers on homes. I showed them the homes, within two hours of the call, and we wrote a couple of offers. One offer was accepted. 🎊After inspections, my clients started having doubts about this home we were in contract on. As an agent, my worst fear is my client buying a property that they hate or felt pressure to buy. 😭I told them if they didn’t feel good about this purchase, we could just back out. They were so relieved! About a month or so later, we found the perfect home for them. We wrote a compelling offer, it was accepted, and we closed! 💪🏼 🏡 🔑 It all happened in the most perfect timing for their family.🙏❤️🎊

Client appreciation throwback! This amazing friend and client, started her house purchasing journey with me, over 5 years before we closed on her home. ❤️She wanted a specific neighborhood. We toured multiple homes and dreamt of the future for her and her family. We prayed and patiently waited for the perfect home to come on the market. Once we toured this home we knew it was the right one! We were in the middle of a market where multiple offers on homes were the norm. I was able to write a compelling offer and we were able to get into contract under asking. We had a few barriers to cross during escrow, 😅 but I helped navigate us through those and we closed! I am so happy for my dear friend and her family! 🏡 🔑 🙏❤️🎊

Client appreciation throwback! This transaction was a fun one. These clients were relocating to the area and wanted the insight into the neighborhoods and schools of Santa Rosa. Having had children in the public school system, I was able to help them find the perfect property for their growing family. They were such a joy to get to know and partner with. We were in the heat of a bidding war crazy market. We had some homes we were outbid on. Then this property came on the market and they knew it would be a perfect fit! I knew the seller from years ago, when we first moved to Santa Rosa. We made an offer, it was accepted, and we closed! Not only was I able to help this precious family get into their new home, I was able to help the sellers get where they needed to be. Full circle moment for sure! 🏡 🔑

Client appreciation throwback! This transaction closed in August of 2024. These wonderful clients had been trusting and working with me for the previous 5 years. We built a trusting friendship and partnership, patiently waiting for the perfect home for their family. We prayed for the right timing, a favorable market, and a home with space. This home came on the market and the minute they walked through it, they knew it was the right home for them. The home we had been praying for would now become theirs! We put in an offer, it was accepted, and we closed!

All of my transactions are dear to my heart, with clients who become friends, navigating negotiations together, and playing a part in making their dreams a reality. This transaction in particular was a full circle moment. My client’s late father was my former mechanic. He would meet me wherever I was broken down at, and help me get the vehicle repaired. Literally was my guardian angel, especially when my husband would travel and I had no family nearby. This past month, I was able to help his youngest son and his beautiful family, make their dream of home ownership come true. Thank you for your continued trust Donaghy family! About Candice’s Background:

From an early age, Candice was intrigued with real estate. Growing up in a farming family, she understood the importance of property ownership, income property, leases, and the livelihood that real estate provided her family. Her first employment opportunity was working as a research apprentice for the USDA, overseeing agricultural properties. Candice obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Education, with a minor in Psychology, and graduated with Honors, Magna Cum Laude, from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. While attending Cal Poly, Candice and her husband were employed as resident apartment managers of a 40 unit complex. During these years of employment, Candice worked directly with the owners and was mentored by them on the business of income property and the importance of real estate. In Santa Rosa, Candice owned and operated a daycare for over 18 years, while raising her 7 daughters. She has also managed two rental properties for 10 years. Following the birth of her 7th child, she chose to close her daycare business to focus on raising her 7 daughters. When her youngest started preschool and oldest finished college she couldn't deny her innate need to continue to help people and families. Having raised her children in Sonoma County, she knows that it is a truly amazing place to reside, and it made sense to share her working knowledge of the area with others. This realization led her to obtain her real estate license. Her love and compassion for every person she comes into contact with is evident in all who meet and know her. She is dedicated, loyal, and trustworthy to each and every client. Candice is hardworking, steadfast and takes initiative.
