Nothing says holiday cheer quite like a surprise $49.99 fee at checkout.

You found the perfect gift. It's on sale. You're feeling pretty proud of yourself. Then come the shipping fees, activation fees, service fees, and the ever-popular “what the heck is THAT for?” fee. Suddenly, that fabulous deal isn't looking so fabulous.

Systems might as well be my middle name.

For years in Lending, a new program would land in my lap, and my job was to figure it out. Learn the ins and outs, discover all its little quirks, occasionally break something (strictly for research purposes), and then train our loan officers on how to use it.

And you know what? I LOVED it.

So when Coldwell Banker rolled out our new HOME platform, you can imagine how excited I was to roll up my sleeves!

Our Santa Rosa crew joined fellow agents from the East Bay, North Bay, Sacramento, and Lake Tahoe for a deep dive into what’s possible.

And while I could happily spend hours exploring every button and feature, what excites me most is how we can put these tools to work for our clients.

Better communication. Smarter processes. A more personalized experience.

Because the magic isn’t in having the technology. It’s knowing how to use it to take better care of people.

Apparently, I do have a life outside of real estate. Who knew?

A little life lately…

Ambre and I managed to steal Roger away for lunch, and judging by those smiles, I think he enjoyed himself! Good food and even better company. 🤍

No open houses meant a rare Sunday morning of football with my own furry football.

Said goodbye to Courtyards, but not before admiring my little feature signs one last time. I’m not saying I got attached, but… 😉

Another fantasy football win for the only girl in the league. Boys, we need to talk….

Received the sweetest gift from a client. That bottle is almost too cute to open. Almost.

And somewhere in between, Karen and I managed to knock out more educational videos. We even behaved ourselves. Mostly.
