Pre covid, covid, post covid have one similarity real estate prices are not exact! Let me explain, market trends and analytics only go so far. Since the first property was ever sold, the buyer offered an amount and the seller responded. Seller could counter or decline offer. When a seller and buyer agree to a price the real property then has value.

Long post: Bryce reached out to me over 3 years ago with a desire to own a home. He had a budget in mind. The market, was not allowing many options at this time. He reaches back out with a new baby and this wonderful lady Cayden. Looking for same thing but with different priorities in mind. Market still was tuff and frustrations were evident with cost for closings and coming to agreement on wants. Market ever changing was primed for this couple when we went back on search. We went under contract on their biggest blessings first birthday! Cayden often says Bryce is impulsive. I shared with her that the Lord gave him this desire before they knew each other or had a family. Bryce and Cayden were patient and used wisdom, God's timing is always perfect.
