My girls earned their FIRST PAYCHECK! 🥹💰
I actually had to explain to them what a paycheck was, which may have been my favorite part of this whole story. 😂 They were SO proud to hold that check!
A realtor friend of mine, Paul, was selling the house next door to us and had new sod put down. If you’ve ever laid sod, you know how much water that grass needs! 🌱💦
He asked if the girls would be willing to water the yard every day, and they happily agreed. They’ve been working for their money — watering, checking the grass, and learning that when you say you’re going to do a job, you show up and do it.
There’s something I really love about this business. Real estate can be competitive and, at times, cutthroat… but it doesn’t have to be. I’m incredibly grateful for the people I’ve been fortunate enough to meet and work alongside who understand that we can support each other, help each other, and still succeed.
Thank you, Paul, for taking care of my girls, giving them an opportunity to work, and for giving them their FIRST PAYCHECK! They were pretty proud of themselves. 🥰
And just a little heads up… if you choose me as your Realtor, there’s a pretty good chance my family will be involved somewhere along the way. 😂❤️
Because around here, we’re not just building a business — we’re teaching our girls about hard work, showing up, serving others, and the value of earning what you have.
