Some clients start out as complete strangers. Then there are those people you instantly click with—the ones who feel more like friends than clients by the end of the journey.

🏡 Being a Realtor isn’t just about contracts and closing dates.

Today, I met my buyers at a vacant home so they could get measurements for carpet. The sellers have graciously let us in for contractor meetups to gather quotes, and while we were there, I realized the toilet paper and paper towels were getting low. So, I showed up with a couple of rolls of toilet paper and paper towels. 😂

Why? Because sometimes the little things matter.

Whether it’s coordinating access, answering questions, meeting contractors, solving problems, or making sure my clients have what they need, my job doesn’t stop once the contract is signed.

Real estate is about service. It’s about showing up. It’s about doing the things that make the process easier for the people who trust me to help them buy a home.

Sometimes that means negotiating contracts.�Sometimes that means carrying toilet paper.

Either way, I’m working for my clients. ❤️🏡

🏡✨ It’s Moving Day! ✨🏡

There’s nothing quite like getting the keys to your new home! 🔑

I do my best to make sure my buyers have a few essentials ready for such a big day:

🥤 Sparkling water to stay refreshed
🐄 Chick-fil-A to keep everyone fueled
🥂 A little something for celebratory mimosas
📦 And lots of excitement for the next chapter!

Moving day can be busy, stressful, and emotional all at the same time. Having a few treats waiting is just one small way I like to say, “Congratulations—you made it!”

Helping my clients buy a home is important, but celebrating this milestone with them is my favorite part. ❤️

Whether it’s a lender delay, appraisal issues, title problems, repair negotiations, or unexpected scheduling conflicts, real estate doesn’t always go according to plan.

🏡 One of my favorite parts of being a Realtor is helping first-time home buyers achieve their dream of homeownership. There is nothing better than seeing the excitement when they find the right home and get the keys for the first time!

The truth is, some homes take a little longer to find, and that's okay. Many buyers start with a certain price point or idea in mind, only to realize they may need a little more time to save, adjust their expectations, or explore different options. That's all part of the process.

When "the one" hasn't shown up yet, it can be frustrating, but a little patience and communication can go a long way. My job is to help guide you through the process, answer your questions, and make sure you never feel like you have to settle for a home that isn't right for you.
