A little of Flip #31’s hall bathroom which needed a complete gut & overhaul! The layout wasn’t working so we changed the orientation of the shower on the back wall and moved the toilet next to the vanity to create a better flow through the space. Those changes, along with updated finishes, transformed the room into a pretty AND more functional space for the new owner! 🤍
🤓 Interesting facts:
- In order to move the shower to the new location, we had to find a custom size tub that would fit in that footprint. 🤪 Not the easiest thing to find but we managed to locate a gorgeous one that fit beautifully! 🙌 🛁
- The walnut vanity with attached quartz counter weighed in at a hefty 328 pounds which David & I moved into place ourselves💪🏼😂
- To create the checkered floor, we had to custom cut each tile due to a size variation between the two colors. 😳
So, although it might look like a pretty straightforward renovation, there were a few “fun” things to do to achieve the look we wanted! But, it was so worth it & we are happy with the final outcome! 😍
