We are inundated with inventory and properties that are most appropriately priced are closing relatively quickly. In most areas new construction homes make up 33.3% plus of all SFR sales with a couple areas at or near 40%. Condos in Naples present the biggest opportunity for buyers with nearly 9 months of inventory at 189 days to close selling at 91% to list price.
