Another successful closing - this time in Wellen Park.
We were proud to represent our buyers in the purchase of this beautiful new construction home at 13044 Tulum Loop in Venice, purchased directly from Lennar.
One of the biggest misconceptions in real estate is that buying directly from a builder means you don't need your own representation.
