Seeking a Community Association Manager to service a portfolio of properties. Candidate must posses a valid Florida CAM license and have experience in the field of Condominium and Homeowner Association management.

• Strong computer literacy in Microsoft applications is a must
• Current drivers license and your own reliable transport
• Solid communication skills / Organized
• Desire and capacity to build solid client relationships
• Ability to work effectively unsupervised and as part of a team
• Professional presentation
• Manage all operations for a portfolio of community associations
• Provides administrative, operational and managerial advice to Board of Directors
• Direct the enforcement of community rules and restrictions
• Promote community harmony
• Assist the board with hiring contractors and insurance carriers to maintain and protect the community
• Oversee and approve payment of vendors providing service to community association
• Help Develop community association budget and provide delivery/presentation of financial reports

PCM Service:
Occasionally a resident will ask why we retain a management company. Sunday morning is a good example of the effort and due diligence practiced by our company. With reports of severe storm damage dominating the morning news, the head of PCM sent a message to all of the presidents of the associations they manage telling them that PCM personnel are inspecting all of the clients’ communities.

Any damage would be immediately reported to appropriate Board members.

That is only one of numerous examples of the benefits we derive from PCM.
