Another new community alert!

North Port — and this one could eventually bring more than 3,000 homes.

Forestar is moving forward with Star Farms Village at North Port, a roughly 2,086-acre master-planned development located north of I-75 and east of Toledo Blade Boulevard.

The first phase is expected to include nearly 800 homes, with the larger community planned for roughly 3,100 homes over time, along with parks, infrastructure and future mixed-use development.

What makes this especially interesting is the location.

The Toledo Blade / I-75 corridor is already becoming a bigger growth center for North Port, with additional commercial and employment development planned nearby. So this isn’t simply another subdivision being added to the map — it has the potential to become another major hub of residential growth for the city.

A few things as Star Farms Village develops:

🏠 What types of homes and price points builders bring in
💰 HOA and special-district costs for homeowners
🏦 Builder financing and incentives
🛍️ What retail and commercial development follows the rooftops
🚗 How surrounding roads and infrastructure expand to handle the growth

North Port has changed tremendously over the last decade, and projects like this show that the city’s next phase of growth is already being planned.

The vibes are SO cute, the atmosphere is creative and welcoming, and the food is delicious! It’s the perfect little spot to grab a bite, enjoy the arts, and soak up some of that unique Venice charm.
