To summarize how I assist customers, I network with other REALTORS from all around the world so I can assist customers like you with moving from one city to another because, I can understand; this is a major step in your life! How I conduct my business is that I either get to meet you personally or you fill out one of my introductory forms online to either learn more about how to relocate from one

city to another or if you're ready to go with moving from city to city! After I have a firm understanding of what you're looking to do then; I will get you in touch with one of my REALTOR partners from all around the world to "get the ball rolling" with moving to that place far, far away that you've always wanted to move to! How this benefits you is that there are a lot of REALTORS out there and it can be tough to decide on who to partner with. Also, I completely understand as a REALTOR myself that contacting a REALTOR out of the blue talking about relocating can be intimidating because you're just looking for some information but I can understand that you might feel afraid of them trying to basically "overpower" you with their selling of their real estate business; to the point where it gets uncomfortably pushy. The good news is that as someone in the real estate profession, I understand good from bad and I don't want any of my customers to have a bad experience with relocating to another city. Not to mention, if you're moving somewhere that's really distant from where you live now; there's a lot of trust that you're putting onto that REALTOR and how do you know if that REALTOR can handle that amount of trust? The good news is that I know who's able to handle that amount of trust; due to my experience in the real estate industry! This will in turn save you a lot of time and frustration from something that will be time consuming and can be much because when is buying a home ever "a breeze"? The good news with me is that I make sure that my partners who I associate with will make the relocation process of moving from one place to another as much of "a breeze" as possible! Not to mention that a lot of money is on the line with every real estate transaction and it's important to have a liaison by your side who knows exactly how to find a home for you that will be your "best-case scenario"!

As I’m still catching my breath here, with this week’s Spotlight Blog Post because there’s a was a lot to go over in this Sophisticated Southwest Florida City; that always puts on a show in Sarasota, Florida! I spoke a lot about the performing arts scene (which I’m not even into; except for the fact that I found out that 80’s music legend Kenny Loggins performed at a venue down in Sarasota and I’m big into 80’s music but this wasn’t an easy research or writing task for me but I did so anyway because making sure my customers are informed comes first!), how some of the most renowned beaches are in/around Sarasota as well as taking a quick dive into Sarasota’s restaurant/nightlife scene! While this ginormous Arctic Blast is upon us, where I’m really feeling it and my house is dancing a little because of the crazy amount of wind with this huge front, why don’t we head somewhere tropical; why don’t we head down to Southwest Florida? Why don’t we check out Cape Coral? That’s right, if you have an active real estate license anywhere in the world; LISTEN UP RIGHT NOW!!! Before I explain my proposition, I think that this is a good time to refresh all of the real estate work that I do; I find customers who are looking to buy/sell and refer them out to an agent in exchange of compensation before or after closing day. I do this all around the world because having an active FL license allows me to do this! To get to my point: we all know that this is “recruiting season” for all of the real estate brokerages and on this note; I’m seeking out REALTORS who are interested in being my “go-to” FOR REFERRING LEADS THAT COME MY WAY; FROM ALL AROUND THE WORLD for a certain geographical area! Why not utilize a free service (for you, the customer) where I can save you money (or make money, from the seller’s side), help you make a decision on where to move to next (without violating any fair housing laws) and save you time (because finding a REALTOR and getting in touch with them can be difficult)! Now, let’s go into the very first step towards utilizing this free resource that I’m offering to all of my customers; you will need to get in touch with me first and how is this done? To clear the air here about what I mean my “free”, of course, with meeting and getting to know my customers, my customer’s real estate goals, researching/interviewing various agents from all around the world, to make sure that they’re a good fit for my Referral Network and following up with my customers/agents during a time period agreed upon; of course I’m going to get paid for this. The thing is that this won’t cost YOU THE CUSTOMER one single penny for this service! Here’s how I get paid: a REALTOR is due to be paid commission for their services but because I’ve already done some of their work; I’m due to be paid a portion of the REALTOR’s commission. The amount of commission paid to your REALTOR won’t go up because of this and that’s how I can offer my services, to my customers; for free! This goes into the scenario of saying that you would like to relocate to a new city and that you have, for example; 3 in mind. You’re at the point in your city search now that with the 3 cities that you have in mind are all cities that you would be content with; in terms of buying a home and putting down roots into your new city. You just got to find the right house, that fits all of your needs; at the right price. Let’s say these three cities that you’re considering are Charlotte, Atlanta or Nashville because you want to move south. Now, that seems like a lot to meet REALTORS in all 3 cities, especially good REALTORS, even with everything going on in your life; between work and family but this is why I’m here! I will not only coordinate yourself meeting and getting to know REALTORS in every city that you’re considering to purchase real estate in but I will also get them up to speed; on your home search! This is a common thing that people run into when they’re looking for a place to live! I mean, go onto the blogs on city-data.com or on Reddit to read about some of the blogs where someone needs assistance with choosing one city vs. another city (for example, people on the fence between Tampa vs. Miami, Tampa vs. St. Petersburg, Tampa vs. Orlando, Boston vs. Philadelphia, Providence vs. Worcester or Hartford vs. New Haven; just to name a few) or any myriad of relocation topics. So, if you need someone to speak to, if you know that you want to end up in either Tampa, Orlando or Miami but you’re running into issues with deciding which city to live in; that’s why I’m here! Without violating any Fair Housing Laws, part of my duties is to explain what it’s like to live in a city, explain how much you can get for your dollar in each city and answer any questions that you have; with living in each city!
