⚠️ CDD is common in new construction and pays for community infrastructure.

Working with first-time buyers will always have my heart — and this one was extra special.

We found the perfect single-family home with room for all of her fur babies 🐾, no HOA or CDD (exactly what she needed), and a kitchen that is truly chef’s kiss 👩‍🍳💋. Plus: brand-new roof.

This home was listed at $419,000 and we negotiated it under contract at $404,000 — 3 bed, 2 bath, and so much win.

It’s been such a breeze working together and becoming friends along the way. I’m wishing her so many happy years (and puppy cuddles) in her beautiful new home. 💛
