Florida Home Girls Connecting you to all things "home". The team originated when Debbie and Jen joined forced in 2020. Jen and Debbie have a passion for golf.

Whether you are buying or selling your home, looking for a rental income property, checking out investment properties, or looking for ways to make your home more live-able, we can help! The Florida Home Girls real estate team is made up of Debbie Judge (20+ year real estate guru), Jen Horvat (20+ year marketing and sales executive) and Brooke Codere (15+ year customer service and marketing expert). Together, they offer real estate services in Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Parrish, Ellenton, Palmetto, and Sarasota - including the barrier islands of Anna Maria, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Casey Key and Lido Key. Their passions lie in all things "home" including helping customers improve their home, enhance their lifestyle, or move their home all together. Brooke joined the team in December 2021 and the group moved from Michael Saunders and Coldwell Banker to Compass to take advantage of the team collaboration tools available in the Compass platform as well as the global real estate capabilities. Debbie has been a member of Rosedale Golf & Country Club for nearly a decade and Jen joined The Club at River Wilderness nearly 5 years ago; they live in each neighborhood respectively as well. Brooke moved back to the area in 2021 after a short stint in Michigan. Originally a "Florida-girl" she knows ALL of the fun family activities in the area. The team is all about connections. The goal is to connect you with the resources you need to make your life easier. They are also about FUN.
