Why do so many people choose the condo lifestyle in Sarasota and Siesta Key?
For some, it’s the ultimate lock and leave lifestyle. No lawn to maintain. No pool to take care of. Less exterior maintenance to worry about. And depending on the community, amenities are right outside your door.
For others, a condo is their introduction to living in Sarasota. They know they want to be here, but they’re not quite sure what part of the area or what style of living will ultimately fit them best. A condo can offer a simpler way to experience the lifestyle while they figure that out.
And then there are people who have already done the large single family home and decide they’re ready to simplify. We’ve even watched people go from a condo, to a house, and eventually right back to a condo.
That’s what makes condo living here so interesting. It isn’t necessarily about downsizing, being a seasonal resident, or fitting into one particular stage of life.
Sometimes it’s simply about owning less responsibility and having more freedom to enjoy where you live.
And in Sarasota and Siesta Key, there’s a lot to enjoy.
