🏠 SARASOTA COUNTY
• Median sale price: $493,500 | +5.0%
• Inventory: 3.9 months
• Median listing-to-closing: 93 days

🏠 CHARLOTTE COUNTY
• Median sale price: $350,000 | +2.0%
• Inventory: 4.1 months
• Median days on market: 94 days
