Ask AI (I use ChatGPT day to day) to write a LinkedIn Intro About Me Professionally...here is mine...HONESTLY scary how true this is. I feel like I wrote. In all honesty---copy/paste. Give it a try!
I realized recently that many of you see my name, my posts, or Coharbor Electric and Coharbor Group—and still don’t actually know who I am.
So here’s the real introduction:
My name is Melissa Anderson. I’m a wife, a mom, and a local southwest Florida business owner.
My husband Jacob Anderson, MBA and I own and operate Coharbor Electric—no outside investors, no corporate backing. Just a local family building a company we are proud of, one client at a time. We own Coharbor Russell Group that does real estate development for government entities. It is very meaningful to us to give back to the Veteran communities as Jacob spent 12 years in the Air Force.
A little about me personally:
I’m someone who believes deeply in intentional living. I value experiences over things, clarity over chaos, and systems over stress.
I’m the person with a notebook always nearby, constantly planning, refining, and trying to build a life that makes sense—not just a schedule that stays full.
I’m also someone who believes in community in the truest sense. When you serve a local market, every interaction matters. Every call, every project, every dollar a client spends with us genuinely impacts our family and our team.
Professionally:
I manage the operations, client experience, and growth of Coharbor Electric financials.
We serve homeowners and business owners who want:

Why I do this:

I’ve seen firsthand how important trust is in the trades. People let us into their homes, their businesses, their personal spaces. That’s not something we take lightly.
