After more than 6 decades in real estate, a remarkable chapter is coming to a close.

This year, Eli Miller has decided to retire and will not be renewing his broker's license. At nearly 94 years young, Eli's real estate journey began in 1963 and was further encouraged by Harry Robbins, Loyd's Father. That decision not only launched an extraordinary career, but also began a lifelong relationship with the Robbins family that has spanned generations.

Eli joined forces with the Robbins in 1973, and for more than 50 years they have worked side by side, building friendships, serving clients, and helping shape Sarasota's real estate community.

More than his accomplishments, Eli will be remembered for his character, wisdom, kindness, and unwavering loyalty. He has been a valued colleague, trusted advisor, mentor, and friend to so many of us throughout the years.

In this video, Eli reflects on his journey and shares what being part of the Robbins family has meant to him as well as his partnership with The Cashmores. We are incredibly grateful for the years, the stories, the lessons, and the memories.

Thank you, Eli, for 63 years of dedication, professionalism, and friendship. Your legacy will forever be a part of our story.

While change and redevelopment continue shaping our city, we’re excited to see this incredible local restaurant secure a new long-term home right here in the community. Supporting small businesses during times of transition matters, and we encourage everyone to continue visiting not only them, but the many locally owned businesses that make this area so unique and vibrant. Sarasota’s growth is inevitable, but preserving the spirit, character, and entrepreneurs that built these neighborhoods is just as important. Congratulations on this exciting next chapter — we can’t wait to see what’s ahead!

Many of you have been following along anticipating updates from us in regard to our new location. We are excited to announce that we have officially secured our new forever home just a mile east of our current location.🥳

This new location will take time to renovate. That being said, we will remain OPEN at our current location at 1817 Fruitville Road. We don't foresee closing this location anytime soon.
