We are a Senior Affordable Independent Living Housing Community, for those 55 and older. Please understand that we are not an income based property; we are an income limited property. This means you must meet income guideline requirements in order to qualify. Your annual income must be at least at least 2.5 times the rent but less than the income limits below to qualify for our program. The income
limits for one person is $37,980 annually
The income limits for two people are $43,440 annually
Rent for a one bedroom unit is $934.00
Rent for a two bedroom unit is $1121.00
Lease terms are for 12 months, renewable annually. Application fee is $50.00 a person. We are a pet friendly community with a one time pet fee of $250.00 (per pet, maximum two) and a monthly pet rent of $25.00 per animal. Our apartments are total electric; electricity is the tenant's responsibility. Your sewer, water and trash are included in your rent. Our units are unfurnished garden style apartments with first and second floor apartments. We have no elevators; but the stairs are double hand-railed with a gentle easy slope to accommodate ease of climbing. Each apartment has a large walk in closet and roomy bedrooms. The kitchens are fully equipped with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, range and refrigerator. There are washer and dryer connections in each unit for you to use your own washer and dryer! Our property is beautiful lush, full of tropical vegetation that showcases a sparkling pool with comfortable seating. A picnic pavilion with a BBQ is located conveniently by the pool along with a shuffleboard court. Our clubhouse boasts a library, fitness room, a computer lab and a small coin operated laundry for your convenience. We are located along a bus route, conveniently located to shopping, medical, restaurants, and some of the most beautiful beaches in the United States!
