My Instagram account has been deleted completely because the “bad guys” were able to gain access and posted stuff that “violated the rules.” My entire account with all my was deleted.

Somebody hacked my Instagram account and posted content that “violated the rules”. I never saw the content that was posted but I got notification that my Instagram was deleted with all my content. And my personal Facebook suspended. For some reason I’m able to access my FB business via my meta app. But I can’t go to my personal. This doesn’t make sense.
